QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Ensure that all manufactured products conformed with specified standards before products are released / sold to customers.
• Work with Procurement to ensure that raw materials purchased are within specifications.
• Investigate customer’s complaint and to resolve issues expeditiously.
• Ensure every customer’s complaint and correction action taken are documented.
• Proper isolation and disposition of non-conformance materials and products.
• To assist the Company’s Workplace Safety and Health committee; and is also the ISO Management Representative.

Product Support / Development

• Develop and maintain a full understanding and knowledge of ORAPI products and the market environment in which they compete.
• Work closely with Sales to meeting Customer’s application needs.
• Work with Sales to seek new products application opportunities and work towards realization of these opportunities.
• Provide advice and technical support to Sales for quick resolutions of customers’ queries/expectations.
• Liaise closely with R&D units in HQ to create and achieve smooth technological transfers on new products and applications.
• Provide accurate testing/analysis findings or conduct product demo to current/potential customers that could generate interest potential.
• Develop and exercise prudent utilization of the quality assurance/development budget.
• Harmonization and rationalization of the product ranges Orapi / Applied / Testron as well as raw materials.
• Optimization of formulation costs.

Documentation

• Responsible for the maintenance for up-to-date technical and safety data sheet.
• Prepare technical reports for Management information.
• Ensure all technical and safety records are properly kept for review by the authority when required.
• Compile and analyze customer’s complaints to establish trends and alert Management / Sales / Customer Service / Production / Procurement for concerted effort to pre-empt and eradicate issues.
• Coordinate and maintain ISO 9001 quality standard certification and audit.
• Prepare technical reports for Management information.

Requirements

• You are highly self-motivated, results and customer-driven. You are a fast learner and a team player with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial “can-do” fighting spirit. You are preferably from the Hospitality or Food industry.
• Comfortable with doing demonstration in the Kitchen, Laundry and areas that requires heavy cleaning.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level. A valid class 3 driving license with own car is a must.
• Only Singaporean and PR are eligible.

The Role

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level. A valid driving license with own car is a must.
